About The Program

The Detroit Compact is an education, community, parent, student, government,
labor, and business partnership designed to increase the number of Detroit
Public School students who graduate  and are college ready.
As an incentive to help motivate students to achieve academic excellence,
college tuition assistance will be provided for students who meet the
Compact four-year or two-year standards.

Additionally, Detroit Compact offers many of the following program
components for the success of our students:
ACT Preparation Programs,
Workforce Preparedness,
College and Career
Exploration,
Recognition Activities,
Workshops and Seminars
Community Service Projects.
